Preparing for Entrepreneurship Workshop

Unemployed persons from the St. George South Constituency who are interested in setting up their own businesses are being invited to participate in the second “Preparing for Entrepreneurship workshop” organized by the St. George South Constituency Council.

The Workshop is aimed at:

·  developing the ability in persons to use their ideas and skills  to create businesses and earn income

  • encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit to help unemployed persons cope during this recessionary period.

The workshop will cover subject areas such as the following with special emphasis on:

  • Putting your unique attitude, characteristics, current skills and strengths to work
  • Highlighting ways in which you can add value to community and country
  • Exploring business choices for entrepreneurship-moving from idea to enterprise
  • Initial business goal-setting
  • Identifying new skills which have to be acquired
  • Developing a business plan

Facilitator of the course is Manager of Potential Dynamics Institute, Mrs. Anne Hamilton-Cutting.
