Dr. B. Ivan Henry, OBE.
Dr. Ivan HenryDr. Ivan Henry brings to the team a unique combination of academic understanding and practical involvement in the developmental process. He was trained as a Sociologist at the Universities of London, Birmingham and Warwick up to doctoral level. While in England he also pursued a career as Educator at both secondary and tertiary institutions. Following an internment at the Federal Department of Commerce in Washington DC he completed an MBA on returning to England. He later established a community-based organization that taught life skills, vocational skills and enterprise to disadvantaged members of society in England. In 1989 he got national recognition, in the form of an OBE for his pioneering work in poor communities.
 
Menissa Rambally
At thirty-two years of age, Menissa Rambally is already referred to as a veteran of St. Lucia and Caribbean politics.

She has been to almost every peak of political endeavour, serving as a Minister of Government, a member of her Party’s Executive Council and a crusading speaker on youth and social issues including labour and gender across the Caribbean.

Menissa Rambally re-wrote the pages of Caribbean history when she was first elected to the St. Lucia Parliament at age of 21. Three years later, she went on to become the youngest person in contemporary Caribbean politics to hold full Ministerial office.

Graham has a keen interest in the development of people and his CV reveals an eclectic background involving the application of effective management, marketing, research, networking, and communication tools to a number of development initiatives involving private, public, and third sector organizations as well as International Funding Agencies.
 
Melissa Browne, MSc.
Melissa Browne was born on June 1st 1982, to a loving family that strives for high ideals and possesses strong moral beliefs. This background helped to lay the foundation for her goals. She is passionate about working with people and the youth in particular. She enjoys helping others and aiding people to reach their highest potential.

Melissa attended the University of the West Indies and attained a BSc. in Sociology and Psychology. She went on to attain her MSc. in Psychology at the University of Brunel in England in 2006. Her studies in the areas of Sociology and Psychology enable her to understand and relate to people very well.

She has been an advocate for anger management and has taught anger management programmes in several primary schools across Barbados. She has also volunteered her services to teaching children and adults with special needs about nature and the environment. She has learned how to coordinate and supervise activities and schedules through her various experiences.
